Our Operations team is responsible for the overall cruising logistics of our fleet of 13 modern small cruise ships and riverboats. Responsibilities of the department include itinerary development, coordinating shore excursions, and procurement. The efficiency of this department is integral to passenger satisfaction. Members of the operations team must be detailed orientated with a focus on efficiency and quality.
